Permanent anchors
The permanent anchors will be used wherever their expected life is two years or more and they will therefore require adequate protection against corrosion of the anchor steel structure.
The assembly of the anchor will therefore be with mono sheathed steel strands on the free part, with previous grease treatment and/or sheathed with polyethylene mono sheathing of all steel strands, while the foundation will be protected by corrugated polyethylene sheathing, single or double layer.
The sheathings physical - mechanical standards will be of high level and have adequate thickness to support mechanical and chemical stresses, while the section will be such as to assure cementing of the anchor structure, to properly adhere to the wall of the hole.
When required by the project all types of anchors specified hereunder may be equipped with geotextile fabric shutter bag and/or with repeatable grouting manchettes pipe 27x34 mm. or 15x21 mm. with grout feeding and backflooding.
